Lumen is a single-player puzzle game published by Torrey Studio ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Lumen apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store (package and bundle ID com.torreystudio.lumen), and its free web version.
Lumen has no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The apps contain no analytics SDK, and Torrey Studio doesn't run a server that receives your game data.
The game keeps the following in the app's local storage on your device:
This data is not sent to Torrey Studio. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. For the web version, it is deleted when you clear your browser's site data.
The Android and iOS apps show ads from Google AdMob: a full-screen ad after your 5th completed game and after every 3rd completed game from then on, and optional ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for a hint or another in-game reward. Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect and use:
Google uses this data to show, measure and cap the frequency of ads, to prevent fraud, and to personalize ads where that is allowed.
Non-personalized ads: if you tap "Ask App Not to Track" on iOS, the app cannot access your IDFA and Google shows ads without it. On Android, you can delete or reset your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads). Google then shows non-personalized ads. Either way, the game works the same.

The free web version of Lumen has no real ads and no ad SDK, and takes no payments.
The apps sell coin packs, lives refills and Remove ads.
Torrey Studio never receives your card number, billing address or payment account details. The app receives only a confirmation from Apple or Google (the product and transaction or purchase token), which it uses to deliver the item and to restore Remove ads. Your purchase history is held by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.
The in-app purchase Remove ads turns off the full-screen ads that appear between games. The web version has no purchases.
Lumen is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We don't sell or rent personal information. Advertising data is collected directly by Google, as described above.
The game also loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When the fonts download, Google receives your device's IP address, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Depending on where you live (for example, in the EEA, the UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email hello@torrey.studio.
